7‑Eleven ALL Member is now officially available for foreign nationals living in Thailand — and that includes us teachers, OFWs, and professionals! 👋
This practical update means we can now enjoy points, discounts, and member rewards just like locals.
Today I want to share a positive and practical update that many of us have been waiting for. If you’re like me and you shop at 7‑Eleven almost daily—grabbing a quick snack, coffee before class, or an emergency phone top-up—you’ve probably noticed locals enjoying exclusive coupons and reward points through the 7‑Eleven ALL Member program.
Well, here’s the good news:
As of mid-2025, 7‑Eleven ALL Member is now officially available to foreign nationals living in Thailand!
You no longer need a Thai ID to sign up. All you need is your passport and a Thai mobile number.
🛍️ What Is the 7‑Eleven ALL Member Program?
Let’s start with the basics for those who are new.
7‑Eleven ALL Member is the official customer loyalty program run by CP ALL, the company behind 7‑Eleven stores in Thailand.
As an ALL Member, you can:
- 🪙 Earn points every time you shop (3 points per ฿10 spent)
- 💸 Redeem points like cash for future purchases
- 🎟️ Access member-only promotions and digital coupons
- 🛍️ Receive freebies, special bundles, and discounts
- 📱 Use the 7‑Eleven app to track rewards, view receipts, and store your membership card digitally
Until recently, registration was only available to Thai citizens with a national ID. But now, we expats, teachers, and OFWs can join too!
✅ How to Register for 7‑Eleven ALL Member (Step-by-Step Guide for Foreigners)
Here’s the updated registration process that I’ve personally tested and verified—no paperwork or in-store registration needed.
1️⃣ Download the 7‑Eleven TH App

- Available for free on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. Click here to download the app.
- The app is primarily in Thai, but it’s very user-friendly. Use Google Translate (screenshot and translate) if needed.
2️⃣ Begin Registration in the App
- Open the app and tap “Register / Sign Up”.
- Enter your Thai mobile number to receive an OTP.
- Choose “Passport” as your identification document.
3️⃣ Scan Your Passport
- You’ll be prompted to scan or upload your passport directly in the app.
- Make sure your name is spelled exactly as it appears in your passport.
- No need to email documents or visit the store.
4️⃣ Wait for Verification
- After submitting, your profile will go into a short approval process.
- In my case, the app said: “Please wait a few business days for identity confirmation.”
- Once approved, your ALL Member account becomes fully active.
📣 Why 7‑Eleven ALL Member Is a Big Deal for Foreigners in Thailand
If you live in Thailand as a teacher, OFW, or long-term expat, chances are 7‑Eleven is a part of your daily life. For many of us, it’s our go-to stop before or after work, during commute breaks, or even for monthly essentials.
Until now, we’ve been missing out on real value—discounts, free items, and cash-back points—just because we didn’t have a Thai ID. That ends now.
With your ALL Member account, you can:
- Use discount codes and coupons in the app every month
- Earn and redeem points for real value (฿100 = ~30 points)
- Track your purchase history via the app
- Avoid needing paper receipts
- Save money with every visit

🔑 Tips to Ensure Smooth 7‑Eleven ALL Member Registration
As someone who just completed the registration, let me share some useful tips:
- Use your full legal name exactly as in your passport.
- Make sure your Thai SIM card is active and able to receive OTP messages.
- If the app crashes, try clearing cache or restarting your phone.
- Avoid using VPN during registration—it may cause location verification issues.
- If you’re unsure about a Thai-language prompt, use Google Translate camera mode.
💬 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does approval take?
A: Most users report 2–5 business days. I was approved in 3 days.
Q: What if my registration fails?
A: Try again, ensuring your name and passport number are correct. If issues persist, you can call the 7‑Eleven support center (dial 1371).
Q: Can I use this app in English?
A: Currently, the app is only in Thai, but it’s visual enough for daily use. Use translation tools for the first-time setup.
🎓 Final Thoughts from One Teacher to Another
7‑Eleven ALL Member is finally open to us—and it’s about time. This small change has a big impact on our daily lives. As teachers and professionals here in Thailand, we now get the same rewards and savings that locals have enjoyed for years.
Spread the word to your colleagues, fellow OFWs, and foreign friends in your apartment buildings, schools, or LINE groups.
This is a simple way to save more, feel more included, and enjoy the little perks of life in Thailand 🇹🇭.
